Origin: HollandSilver makers mark tea set: N.V. Kon. Utrechtse Fabriek van zilverwerk C.J. Begeer, Utrecht, 1868 - 1920
Silver makers mark serving tray: Brehm, W., Heusden/Schoonhoven, 1924-1929
Hallmarks tea set: minerva head, standing lion, (=Dutch hallmark for 940/1000 silver), jaarletter 1915 (all parts), serving tray: minerva head, leeuw 2 (= 835/1000 for Dutch silver), date mark: 1920
Condition serving tray: in a very good condition, no restorations to the silver, light surface scratches tray, normal related age wear. Inscription at the bottom: 1895 21 Aug. 1920 Aan onze lieve Ouders op hun zilveren Huwelijksfeest Bernard, Riek, Cecile, Anton, Josef,Willij en Martina.
Condition tea set Begeer: in a very good condition, some very light minor dents, wooden handle restored. Dimension tray: length: 43 cm., width: 24,5 cm.
